In the heart of our community, thousands of women are navigating the challenges of perimenopause and beyond, often without the right information, support, or care. At Inner wellness circle, we believe no woman should have to go through this life stage alone.
We’re raising funds to offer free, expert-led menopause workshops for women in need. These sessions will provide practical tools, trusted information, and a welcoming space to connect, covering everything from hormone health and nutrition to mental well-being.
